Tasting notes:
- Bright pale yellow, with green reflections and a fine, persistent bead.
- Hints of fresh white flowers evolve toward notes of pastry, punctuated with nuances of fresh walnut, hazelnut and rusk. Notes of just ripe fruits, aromas of pear, white peach and nectarine.
- The initial sweetness gives way to a more acidic structure which extends o create a final note of tanginess with a hint of iodine uncensored by a nuance of pink grapefruit.
